Privacy Policy

What we collect. Email address, name and company (if you give them), sign-in timestamps, the browser you use, and the flight plans, logs and orders you create in the console.

Payments. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Where data lives. Google Cloud (Firebase) in the Montréal region, Canada. Transactional email is sent via Amazon SES.

Sign-in codes. Codes are stored hashed, expire after 10 minutes and are deleted on use.

Your rights. Email privacy@drocity.com to access, correct or delete your data.
