Terms of Service

1. Service. DROCITY Live is a software subscription for planning, simulating and monitoring RPAS (drone) operations. It is a planning aid only.

2. Not a substitute for official sources. Airspace, aerodrome and weather information is reproduced from NAV CANADA, Transport Canada and other public sources and may be superseded by NOTAM. The pilot in command remains solely responsible for compliance with the Canadian Aviation Regulations (Part IX) and for obtaining any authorization (e.g. via NAV Drone or an SFOC) before flight.

3. Accounts. Access is by one-time email code. You are responsible for access to your mailbox and for users you invite.

4. Subscriptions. Plans are billed in Canadian dollars monthly or yearly through Stripe, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Trials convert only when you choose a plan.

5. Modules marked "coming soon". Some features are visible but inactive until released. They are not part of the purchased service until unlocked.

6. Acceptable use. No scraping, resale or use for unlawful flight. We may suspend accounts that endanger safety.

7. Liability. The service is provided "as is"; DROCITY's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing law. Ontario, Canada.
